There is a new quarterly release available, version 5.0 EA2. This release contains the maintenance updates from the latest WPS Analytics GA release plus new enhancements and features. Here are just a few headline items.
Workbench and Workflow
- Output written to the Console log can now be saved to an external file.
- In the Project Explorer view:
- Program code created and stored in Workflow files is now included in search results.
- Parameters can now be Dynamically populated when Running a Hub API created from a WPS Project.
- A Workflow can now be converted to a custom block and used as a processing block in a different workflow.
- An output dataset from a custom workflow can be specified using the new Output Dataset block.
- A Workflow converted to a custom block is listed in the Custom group.
- A sas7bdat dataset can now be imported into, and exported from, a Workflow.
- The Query and Filter blocks now support contains conditions when searching for a substring in a character variable.
SAS language support
- Support for the ODS HTML5 output destination.
- Support for the G3GRID procedure.
- Support for the HBAR3D and VBAR3D statements in the GCHART procedure.
- Support for the CODE statement in the GLIMMIX procedure.
- Support for the ABSORB and REPEATED statements in the GLM procedure.
- Support for the QLIM procedure.
